Collaborating closely with the Senior Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee the performance of our Account Managers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass data-driven decision-making, workforce planning, and driving continuous improvement efforts to enhance departmental and client success.<h2 style="margin-bottom: 6pt; margin-top: 20pt;">How the Senior Account Manager adds value:</h2>The Senior Account Manager within our Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department plays a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing their assigned cohort of Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers, while ensuring strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures. With a primary focus on compliance, this role allocates company resources optimally and ensures that employees follow established procedures in their daily tasks.Collaborating closely with the Insurance Billing Department, the Senior Account Manager aids in the development of performance goals, communicates these objectives to their team, and aligns them with our broader organizational goals. Beyond compliance, this position is instrumental in upholding Dental Claim Supports' quality standards through continuous monitoring, performance evaluations, timely feedback, and comprehensive training, all of which contribute significantly to our commitment to excellence in client service and satisfaction. <h3>In this role, you will provide:</h3> Strategic Leadership:<ul><li>The Senior Account Manager must demonstrate strategic leadership by aligning team efforts with organizational goals, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring resource allocation for maximum efficiency.</li></ul>Talent Development:<ul><li>Building and developing high-performing teams is essential.
