Inside Sales Representative

DCS empowers dental teams by integrating highly trained RCM experts and a unique technology framework to maximize profitability and catalyze growth. Our dental billing systems and processes allow our employees to work all aspects of the full revenue cycle system efficiently, to increase profits for dental practices and groups.
Position Summary:
Dental Claim Support is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. Our CSRs research prospective customers from our marketing database, create outreach strategies, and connect with prospective customers in an effort to turn them into qualified sales opportunities. In this role, you will conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers and use your business acumen to identify how Dental Claim Support's services could help a business grow. Successfully positioning Dental Claim Support's value proposition amongst the HubSpot partner community is a must.
Compensation: The base salary for this position will be $36,000, with the potential to earn between $50,000 and $60,000 through commissions at 3.5% of revenue.
How the Inside Sales Representative fits in:
You will be part of a growing Sales and Marketing team that includes a Content Team: a Content Manager, a Digital Marketer, a Videographer, and Subject Matter Experts that will all work together to increase keywords and marketing efficiencies. You will work closely with the content manager to executive projects from concept through completion.
In this role, you will:
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing Teams to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.
- Conduct high volume prospecting (50+ activities per day) to qualify inbound leads through calls, video, and emails.
- Meet with inbound leads via Zoom
- Sign and onboard new clients
- Utilize the Hubspot CRM

- An increase in defined customer engagement metrics

- Acquire customer feedback and testimonials/case studies
- Use Hubspot and its capabilities as a CRM
- Efficient with Zoom video calls
Requirements:
- High energy and a contagious positive attitude.
- Previous B2B sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
- Technical aptitude to master our sales tools.
- A competitive nature; not winning is not an option.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, marketing technology, and how a business can grow through digital channels.
- The ability to deal with and thrive on objections, rejections, and challenging prospects on a daily basis.
- Previous dental industry experience is a plus
- A love for HubSpot or other marketing technology is a plus.
