Our dental billing systems and processes allow our employees to work all aspects of the full revenue cycle system efficiently, to increase profits for dental practices and groups. <h2 style="margin-bottom: 6pt; margin-top: 20pt;">Position Summary:</h2> The Hiring Specialist partners closely with the Vice President of Human Resources to attract, evaluate, and hire exceptional talent across the organization. This role manages full-cycle recruitment for both W-2 employees and independent contractors, ensuring every candidate is thoroughly assessed and aligned with the company's culture, values, and business needs. The Hiring Specialist plays a key role in building a high-performing workforce while delivering a professional and positive candidate experience.<h2 style="margin-bottom: 6pt; margin-top: 20pt;">How the Hiring Specialist adds value:</h2> As a Hiring Specialist, you will play a critical role within the Human Resources team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent that supports the organization's continued growth. You will collaborate with Training Managers and Operational leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle, leverage recruiting best practices, and ensure candidates experience an efficient, engaging, and compliant hiring process. Your work directly contributes to building a talented workforce while maintaining consistency with company policies and employment best practices. <h3>In this role, you will:</h3> <ul><li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, applicant screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.</li><li>Coordinate and conduct candidate prescreens and facilitate contractor interviews to identify qualified candidates who align with organizational needs.</li><li>Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, applicant records, and hiring data within the HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>Partner with Operational leaders to understand staffing needs and provide recommendations throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing recruiting strategies, hiring procedures, and employment practices that align with applicable employment laws and regulations.</li><li>Provide guidance to applicants and employees regarding recruitment and onboarding processes while escalating complex HR matters as appropriate.</li><li>Support initiatives that strengthen employer branding, talent pipelines, and workforce planning.</li><li>Participate in Human Resources initiatives, including employee engagement, compensation support, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.</li><li>Monitor recruiting metrics and hiring trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.</li><li>Stay informed of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and industry trends to ensure compliance and operational excellence.</li></ul><h3>Success Criteria:</h3> <ul><li>Demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and discretion while maintaining confidentiality.</li><li>Builds strong relationships with candidates, Training Managers, operational leaders and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Exercises sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills.</li><li>Manages multiple requisitions and competing priorities while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environment.</li><li>Delivers on recruiting goals and Human Resources key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Provides a positive, responsive, and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.</li></ul><h3> </h3><h3>Compensation:</h3><ul><li>$50,000+ annual salary commensurate with experience</li></ul> <h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Experience with BambooHR or a comparable Human Resources Information System (HRIS) preferred.</li><li>Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and Google Workspace.</li><li>Two or more years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and adapt within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li></ul><h3>Our Company Values:</h3> <ul><li>Customer Success</li><li>Transparency</li><li>Reliability</li><li>Professional Excellence</li><li>Alignment</li></ul>
